CBD's retail internet banking was due for an uplift while other channels and backend infrastructure were being upgraded.
The design system was augmented and merged with mobile app and other channel's' design language. Key features around retail product lifecycle were designed in tandem with the mobile channel.
Web & Mobile
The web experience was designed to emulate the information architecture and user flows from the mobile channel, so that the users experience a consistent interaction model while switching between channels.
